CRM Intern

Position Overview

This is a paid internship with a duration of 4-6 months with the possibility of the position leading into full-time employment upon completion, the successful candidate will manage Turnkey’s CRM (HubSpot) for all contacts in Europe.


Key responsibilities

  • Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of our company’s HubSpot CRM system
  • Create and manage workflows, lead scoring and lead nurturing campaigns
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CRM
  • Perform routine data cleanup and deduplication activities
  • Help with training new users on the CRM system and best practices
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support their use of the CRM and assist with report generation
  • Continuously seek ways to improve CRM system efficiency and effectiveness
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as needed


  •  Recent graduate from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or other CRM systems
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail oriented and organised with strong time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
