The Turnkey Operation
The whole company. We take responsibility for how the entire company operates. Every core workflow in every department gets mapped, rebuilt as a working system, deployed in your environment, and run by us permanently.
- Full operational assessment, every department
- Complete build across all core workflows
- One source of truth across the organization
- Executive reporting produced continuously
- Deployed in your own environment
- Run, monitored, and improved by us permanently
- Direct access to the person who builds it
- New workflows added quarterly at no additional build cost
The plan finds at least $2,000,000 in recoverable annual operating cost, or it's free. Every phase live on its committed date, or that phase isn't billed until it is. The agreed metric met within twelve months, or we keep working at no charge until it is.
Who takes this: $100M+ organizations, sponsor-backed platforms heading toward an exit, and multi-entity operators standardizing across companies. Bought by a CEO or a sponsor, not by a department.
Department Automation
One department at a time. We take the department costing you the most and rebuild how it operates. It becomes a working system that we build, deploy, and run. Once it's proven, you extend us to the next one.
- Departmental assessment with cost quantified per workflow
- Complete build of that department's operating systems
- Integration with the systems you already run
- Deployed in your own environment
- Run, monitored, and improved permanently
- A named person who builds it and runs it
The plan finds at least $500,000 in recoverable annual cost in that department, or it's free. Live within 90 days, or billing pauses until it is. The agreed departmental metric met within six months, or we keep working at no charge until it is.
Who takes this: $20M–$500M companies with one department clearly under strain. This is the one most people start with.
The Custom Stack
Tools chosen for how you work, deployed and run. We pick, configure, deploy, and maintain a set of operational tools chosen for how you actually work. You get a coherent operating stack in your own environment without building anything custom and without managing any of it.
- Operational review to determine the right set
- Each tool deployed in your own environment
- Configured to your actual process, not a default template
- Integrated so they work as one system
- Your data migrated from what you run now
- Onboarding for your team
- Hosting, maintenance, updates, monitoring, and support, permanently
Fully deployed and in use within 30 days, or the deployment fee is refunded. Maintained and supported for as long as you run it.
Who takes this: companies that qualify but aren't ready to build — either the foundation has to come first, or you want to watch us work before committing at scale.
How the money works
Every build starts with a paid plan. Thirty days, fixed fee, credited in full against the build. You get a real deliverable whether or not you go ahead: a costed map of your operations, a phased build sequence, a fixed quote, and one working system running on a real workflow of yours.
Fixed price. Always. Never hourly. Scope changes go through a written change order with its own price. You will never get a surprise invoice.
No build without the monthly. We don't hand over a system and walk away. A system nobody operates degrades inside a year and then it's your problem — which is exactly the situation you're trying to get out of. The monthly is how it stays working.
We don't discount. If the price doesn't fit, we cut scope, not price. Discounting would mean the first number wasn't real.
We're not software. Software costs a few hundred a month and does one thing while somebody operates it. The right comparison is what your operation costs to coordinate right now — a large, permanent administrative cost that recurs forever and grows every year. A build is once. The monthly is predictable. It pays back inside a year and then compounds.
